Dan began working in letting and property management in 1999, passing ARLA exams, working across Sussex, Surrey, Oxfordshire and Berkshire and has great knowledge and experience to draw upon. Dan deals with all areas of the letting business from helping advise Landlords on the right property to invest in, presenting houses and apartments to achieve the best rental returns and tenants, to property viewings, arranging maintenance repairs and inspections. Dan regularly attends training courses and seminars keeping his knowledge up to date amongst ever changing legislation.

After working at Japanese Airlines, developing from and gaining an invaluable experience in customer care, Kate joined a busy letting office where she quickly passed her ARLA exams. Having worked in residential letting since 2001 Kate has great experience in property valuations, tenancy negotiations, office admin and inventory preparation to ensure that your property is returned in its original condition.
